Shipping We dispatch your order as quickly as we can, and it is usually delivered within 3 days of placing the order. The estimated delivery date is shown on every product page. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel. Delivery times may be slightly longer in remote areas or during sales, festivals and bad weather. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct at checkout, as the courier may need to call you to deliver. Returns and Replacements We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery through the Contact page. Share your order number and clear photos or a short video of the item and the parcel. After we confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 7 working days to show in your account after approval. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please keep the original packaging until you have checked your order. Need help? If you have any questions about your order, reach out through our Contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
